Welcome to Corresponding With Bri Career Development Services LLC. By engaging with my services, digital products, or content, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to protect your experience and uphold the energetic integrity of our work together.

1. Services & Offers

All services, intensives, and digital products are clearly outlined with descriptions, pricing, and delivery timelines. Please review each offer carefully before purchasing.

Current core offers include:

- Flex Support (Voxer Coaching)

Each offer aligns with a specific phase of the RAY Method™: Reclaim, Align, Yield.

2. Payments & Refunds

- All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.  

- Payment plans, when offered, must be completed in full regardless of usage or participation.  

- Due to the digital and energetic nature of my work, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products, intensives, or coaching services.  

- Please reach out with any questions before purchasing to ensure alignment.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

- Live sessions (e.g., Clarity Coaching, Correspondence Intensive) may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.  

- Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.  

- Flex Support begins on the agreed start date and runs for the purchased duration (weekly or monthly).

4. Digital Access & Delivery

- Digital downloads are delivered via email or client portal immediately upon purchase.  

- The Legacy Day Pass grants 24-hour access to one selected digital product. Access expires automatically after the window closes.

5. Voice Note Add-On

- The Voice Note Add-On offers a 15-minute personalized Voxer response, available as an add-on to select offers.  

- Voice notes are delivered within 3 business days of receiving your submission or content.  

- This is a one-time support touchpoint and does not include ongoing coaching.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and materials shared through Corresponding With Bri are the intellectual property of Brionna and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed without written consent.

We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time as we see fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
